Good exercise routine at home without equipment to lose weight?

May 162012

I am 5′4" and weigh 160 ibs (yes I know overweight). I was always really small…I used to be 120 and stayed at that weight for a long time until my gram got sick and I started taking care of her which is a 24/7 job. None of my clothes fit me anymore and I just want to lose weight again, but I don’t have any equipment and can’t go to the gym atm. Anybody have any good exercise routines??

Literally exactly what you’re looking for:

http://www.amazon.ca/Convict-Conditioning-Weakness-Survival-Strength/dp/0938045768

You should also consider an eating plan that has high protein but is ~100-150 calories below your base metabolic rate so that you loose weight. You will not loose weight from exercise alone.

What is more convenient a home gym, or a membership?

May 162012

Im currently working out at my school for free, but pretty soon ill be graduating. And im debating wether to get a membership or buy a home gym, someone is selling me a bench press and a power rack, including weights, and 5 diffrent bars, (olympic, curl etc etc) all for $350.

Home gym is more convenient but psychologically is usually going to make you go less. Because your home is usually your relaxing place where you chill and take it easy. Your not usually in the mood to work out and often times if you force yourself there is so many distractions that will cut it short on top of the fact you usually won’t go hard. Or you may try and split your workout and do it half and half but never complete the second half. The membership gives you first of all being in a location with no other distractions like food, sleep and relaxation and you go prepared and ready to work out or at least with it in mind. There are other people around you to keep the motivation up and to use as mental motivation to continue and reference for how long your resting. In order to go to the gym your already up and active, and this is all coming from personally doing this I have a home gym and it just is not as effective as a membership.

What fitness equipment should I use?

May 52012

I want to lose weight in my thighs and I want to use a fitness equipment to help. What kind of the equipment should I buy?

Bicycle is very good.If you are not going for a GYM championship competition, Gym practice not necessary. In the food ball court there is a beam.Do hanging walk.Do running, jumping, cycling, tree climbing.Tree climbing especially coconut tree ,is so helpful. My other advice is take 2glass of water 10minutes before you take any food. It will dilute and clean your stomach. Avoid acidity supporting food for some times. Steamed vegetables are better than cooked plates. Take fruits during off times. Remember do simple exercises morning and evening(minimum 1 hour). These are not expensive and health damaging. I have got good result.

What are some good Home Gyms?

I’m looking into getting a home gym. I don’t want to get real buff or "brolic" but I do want to add some noticeable muscle mass. Bowflex home gyms are more for strength/resistance training and other machines seem to have bad reviews. I want something that I can work out most of the major muscle groups but not only one exercise for each but a machine which allows me to work out the major muscles with varies amounts of exercise. Thank you for your answers. Please experience and honest answers. =) God bless

Just check em out on amazon, cant go wrong they have a great selection (of everything), free shippin, and great reviews soo

I have purchased a home gym but its so big the only place I can store it is my garage. With winter coming up and possible temperatures of up to minus 10 degrees will this damage my home gym?

Should be fine, but try to keep it dry or the metal might rust.

I am considering to import fitness equipment from China for home use, any suggestion?

April 302012

I dont have any experience importing from China. What should I pay attention to and how to choose a company as a supplier?

I have imported fitness equipment from China for many years. It is not simple to do business oversea. For most products, china provides a good price. But you need check a lot of things, like costs, freight, local charge, duties and other risk. You can ask for a agent or forwarder to help you at the start.

As for fitness equipment products, you can try some b2b site. I mainly purchase from "jinyun perfect fitness equipment co., ltd." They give me a good service and reasonable price with qualified products. You need to find a suitable supplier, who can help you and support you. It is suggested to find several potential supplier and choose the one.

I Hope it helps. Good luck.
