I don’t have much room. I used to walk after work…but that has gotten a little scary.
The best equipment is a set of adjustable dumbbells, and a door frame pull up bar. I know it doesn’t sound like much, but it is truly all you need to develop your body. Any exercise that can be done on a bowflex (or any other high end piece of equipment) can alternatively be performed with these items (most of the time).
As for cardio, you can perform plyometric training (jump training) and achieve the same workout as you would going for a run or for a jog. The only piece of equipment you may need for this is a plyo box, but that doesn’t take up much room at all, and it is not necessary. Hope this helps out!

that I run, so he could show
his friend a workout he can
do at home. So I decided to
put it up for everyone to
see. This can be done at
home, with little to no
equipment. It just shows a
run-through of some
plyometrics, shadowboxing,
and jumping rope for the warm
up. We did some
push teep kicks to round
house kick combos and ended
with conditioning.

soon. And we are working on
the webcasts, although I am
leaving for Thailand in just
over a month, so it might not
be up and running until I get
back.
