Going to buy some exercise equipment need help?
March 172010
I’m going to buy some exercise equipment at target and i have no idea what to get. I want to lose weight and fat around my butt, thighs, and stomach. I can change stores if i need to. Can anybody tell me what to get and where to go to buy it cheaper. Also, i like things with dvd’s or articles because im clueless on what to do. Thanks!
Oh yeah, im 14 so pills or anything are out of the picture unfortunatly
The easiest thing to do is walk or run. Another thing you could do is join a gym or YMCA. If you pay month by mont hand try it out the expense may be worth it and it costs little up front to try out many machines. If you do still really want to buy equipment, try to buy something that works many muscle groups at once. A rower is a good machine for that. Also ski machines and ellipticals, but ellipticals they mainly focus on the legs. You might should look for a exercise equipment store or at least a modells or dick’s or sports authority. I doubt target will have much.

Target sells kettlebells (with a DVD, i think) it’s a combo of cardio and strength exercise. there might be be a kettlebell training for women video on youtube if you want to check it out.
there are other things at target to but for what you want to do the kettlebells might be your best bet.
i looked. below is a video. also watch the one that says what kettlebell size is right for you(if you are interested)
