I can’t take my exercise equipment to college. What can I do to maintain my strength?

March 142010

I’ve been working out for over a year, and I’d rather not lose all of my upper-body strength and six-pack. I can use any equipment that could be kept in my dorm-room, such as a single set of free-weights, but other than this equipment, the exercises have to be things I can do without any weight machines or assistance.

push ups, lat pulls, bicep curls and dumbbell bench presses. dat’ll work every muscle in ur upper body. these r all i do and i only own dumbbells and it works 4 me. i’m a successful football player of of dis

Most colleges have a gym that they give their students free access to. You college might already have the exercise equipment you need.
