And it’s strange for us to see how many people don’t know the correct performance of this convenient, easy-to-use and effective exercise for pectoral muscles.     hell… do a few hundred a day, eat properly and you won’t even need a gym membership.

    i do push ups …
    i do push ups everyday, then take rest and do more, but i dont do it correctly, i dont go right down, i go middle then go back up, but i get muscles still, i do alot of push ups, and i stil get muscles, but it pains on my arm when i do it… why?

    no, its way better if u do mayb 5 sets of 20 reps one day, rest for 3 or 4 days and repeat
