    The workout seems amazing and very effective but I want to know how many times a week Im suppose to do this routine?.Also I would like to know if its ok to combine the three videos routines on three days or you must do all in one session.
    Thanks for sharing your knowledge with us and clear our misconceptions about going to the gym and the cardio machine’s slavery.I really hate gyms,without a doubt.
