    ive done my ankle, im coming back from injury and put on some weight, i cant use my ankle properly yet but does anyone have any tips?

    @imidon – good for u! another great, great workout is burpees. Look around on youtube. Do em with the pushup and a full jump with your hands over your head. 10 burpees, rest for 30 seconds, 9, rest, 8, rest, 7, etc. down to 1. Do that every other day. When you can easily get down to the last burpee without breaking form, then start with 11. You will burn tons and tons of fat thru the day.
