Pilates is good for toning and stretching. Walking, even if it’s around your yard for 20 minutes. Gardenings good too, and relaxing.Keep 2Lt juice bottles you can use these as weights for your arms and fill them with water, or dirt equally to do arm lifts, chest lifts etc. Squats are good for your bottom and legs, use a chair in front of you for balance at first, if you need to.

Walking is easy and it’s a good form of excercise . I use to walk down the road and back I mean a country road but then got tired of walking in nasty weather so I went out and bought a treadmill which I find to be a harder workout than walking the road .

These are a few excercises that have helped me. Bear in mind that these excercises vary with intensity and works best with the desire to completely change. Reverse overhaul lunge, pushups, contralateral stepup, twisting single-arm row, and the superman. After the excercises then you pump up with a cardio run. I’ve got the planned out program if you need it IM me or send me an email. Have Fun and Good Luck.

Do you want to gain muscle or lose weight and tone? I’m guessing lose and tone.
push ups, sit ups, walk up and down the stairs, do lunges on the bottom one or two steps, dance to music, do aerobics you make up or use a video or tv program, play with your kids if you have them, jumping jax, jumprope, walk around the yard or neighborhood, bike…

Walking or running outside, although you should buy good shoes for that. Dancing, jumping jacks, walking up and down stairs, jump rope moves, boxing/kick boxing moves would be good for cardio at home. For resistance training, push ups (all types), crunches (all types), squats, lunges, plie squats, tricep dips. If you have dumbells or something heavy of a similar shape, you could do even more.
