    Yeah, when I first joined a fitness program a few months ago, my Trainer Ted had me do these and for the first 30 seconds I FELT it! Eventually I got myself to 2 minutes before I’d give out. Now that I just watched this I’m gonna go do some. Question: should these be done as reps?

    LOL @ doing it at a party if you’re bored! ha ha

    @Mr3ly I’m going to go out on a limb and suggest that he works out and films very early in the morning, late at night or when the gym doesn’t have that many other people in it.

    you always need …
    you always need lots of carbs. If you have more body fat then you need to do more cardio so your muscles will be more defined. If your skinny like me you need to focus on those muscle groups in order to make them bigger.. I do Leg lifts off of a weight bench for my abbs and am on my way to a six pack from one exercise. I hope this helped you out some. :)

    Hey I have a question when you’re trying to get bigger biceps you’re surpose to pack on the carbs right? but when you’re trying to get a 6 pack you’re surpose to do lots of cardio to loose body fat on you’re stomach so how are you able to get bigger biceps while trying to get a 6 pack? please reply with any useful answers thanks.
