    @1lilcuz Great question, I actually put a vid together about a week ago but I wasn’t satisfied with it so I deleted it from my computer before I even thought about posting it to YouTube but yes, I will be making videos/slideshows of my art in the near future!

    @highvidz I’m 20 and to be honest idk…I don’t really bench since I don’t have a straight bar or a bar stand/holder. But sometimes I take my 50 pound dumbells and bench those since those are the heaviest ones I have

    @2ozman Right now I’m doing different types of cardio (jogging, elliptical, bike) along with push ups, sit ups (using the hang-ups machine I show in this vid), squats, bicep curls, chest flies, shoulder presses, dead lifts, tricep kickbacks, and some other stuff I can’t think of the names for lol

    @2ozman that’s wassup man you should make some vids, I’m sure a lot of people would be interested, it’ll also help expand your audience. that’s one of the reasons why I try to mix up the content on my channel instead of strictly making hair videos

    @TheArtisticGemini LOL like any other warm blooded black guy, im a sucker for hot wings and anything fried. i was a vegan 2 years ago but one thanksgiving i messed up and lets just say i havent eaten a salad ever since then. LOL im not fat at all but i cant diet its too hard lol

    hey i was plannin on doin the same thing . i dont have any equipment so i jus do about 5 diff kinds of push ups w/ 30 reps n about 150-200 situps a day .

    @HeroAfro thanks man and yea I’m hoping to gain some muscle weight too but it’s hard to add muscle lol I’m gonna have to alter my diet a bit and increase my protein intake a bit and start eating 5-6 small meals per day instead of the traditional 3

    @TheArtisticGemini yeah man i lost sum weight last summer n cudnt really tell the dif but my famly and friends were like u lose weight? u look buff bruh! i wuz like mmm u can tell? cuz i kinda realized how Chunky i wuz b4 i lost sum pounds but now im gaining weight but in muscle though! anyway stick to it!

    @BlackSkullz09 Yea dieting is veeeeeerrrrrrrry important. I eat relatively healthy and have been cutting certain things out of my diet over the years like:

    Stopped drinking soda, eating potato chips, and eating pork about 5 or 6 years ago
    Only eat candy occasionally (chocolate only about once a month)
    Started adding more/different veggies to my diet
    Eat fresh fruit whenever I can

    and some other things…but yea my younger cousin always tells me I eat TOO healthy and I look at him like o_O lol
