lol its cause im in the uk…and with univeristy when i go clubbing which is not often ill have like one or two drinks like vodka or something cause its legal here to go clubbing and drinking at 18 but other then that all my nutirtion and training is on point i was jus wondering if im being detrimental to my muscle gains

i dont know about …
i dont know about the 1st question but sex will not make you lose significant nutrients (maybe 5 grams at the most) and studies have shown it actually increases testosterone levels leading to greater muscle growth

yo i jus wanted to ask as a teen bodbuilder there are a few things that bug me the most, especially as being 18 going out clubbing is something im fond of so ..1..how much does alcohol effect my muscular gains jus regarding the recovery time aspect after a workout? 2. will sex effect my recovery? i.e losing nutrients protien that couls be used to help repair muscles makin the worekout a waste of time? thankss

thanks for posting this! i used to work out a lot but i gave myself a serious back injury. i’m anticipating two more weeks of recovery, but this workout looks like a good one to do to get back into the swing of things if i lower some of the reps. thanks again!

So I saw you do …
So I saw you do this workout, and I thought “That doesn’t look to bad…” Holy crap was I wrong! I am not in to great of shape (though I am trying to change that!) and I tried this doing just one circuit and I am feeling the burn! Thanks so much for posting this workout, it really has motivated me! Hopefully I will look like you one day lol
