what is a good workout schedule for me using a cr4 home gym?

i need some suggestions on what excercises to do on my cr4 home gym, just upper body workouts. i want to gain some muscle mass not a ton just a noticeable amount. i am 6ft 6in about 245lbs if that helps any. any other workout suggestions would help

You gave us all the informations but you never tell us if you are male or female.. It is the most important thing on the body building..

If you are a male.. However you work.. Dont just work biceos or triceps.. You need to work out for calfs and the other stuff too.. ;)
