I am 5′4 and I have problems reaching the lat tower on my Bowflex Ultimate–so that would be a definitely be problem for you. I think you’d be able to reach the tops of the power rods okay to set everything else up. Find one that doesn’t have a lat tower.
Best bet–try to find someone who has one and will let you try it out to see if you’re comfortable. They aren’t sold in stores which is too bad. Some hotel chains use them too–I remember that from the video that came with mine.
