First of all, the prices that I gave in this video are just indications. In some countries the prices might be higher or lower. There might also be countries that can not buy the equipments that are in this video.<br />
I am also not trying to get people to buy their own gym. If you want, you can also go to a local gym where they often have a lot more variety of equipment as well as people around there to help you out.<br />
Working out at home can be safe, but make sure you work out in a safe environment. No sharp objects around you, in a place not to warm, not to cold and without things that can disturb you.</p>
